Shall we run it up the flagpole and see how it flaps?" October is a busy month. My sister-in-law Tanya's birthday was the 1st, great-niece Isabella's was the 8th, my brand new great-nephew Jordan's was the 9th, my mother's was the 12th, my brother-in-law Dave's was the 21st, Isabella's brother Austin's was yesterday, and I'm mumbledy-mumble years old today!

Mark (blackstrat) > August 25, 2008. Every once in a while I shoot something besides kids and pets. Even though it's kind of soft from hand-holding at 200mm and shallow DOF, this is still one of my favorite hummingbird pictures. I really like how the colors of the bird and the bokeh tie in so well. It's a Rufous Hummingbird, in case you're wondering.
