OK, I'll bite, but I won't promise they'll all be new ones. In fact, I think I'll make it an opportunity to dig through my archives.
August 13, 2008. Norm's Glass Truck.
A friend and I were on a photo drive around the Sutter Buttes last year when we spotted "Norm's Glass Truck" sitting right by the road next to a row of mailboxes. I've been down that road many times, but I don't remember ever seeing the truck before.
We both fell in love with the poor old thing and spent about half an hour shooting it from every angle. I'm not sure why I like it so much. Other people either fall in love with it, too, or say "Why'd you take a picture of that ugly old thing?"
I guess I'd just like to think that when I'm weak at the knees and blind in one eye and sitting by the side of the road, someone will still find something of value in me, too.
